	omg, if u run ur course urself, this is ok, but just creating some ultra steeplong races is not so much fun! happy to stand here in the finish! :P there was no control with some food and drink, so i had problems with my stomack!! winnertime: muchmuch faster than me! (20 minutes or more)

	A mixed course -some excellent leg s, but it didn't need most of the pointless sttep short legs, such a s the last few. Also contols on ve rtical slopes (No 8) are unfair an d unenjoyable.
