Here's a night race on the part of the map with correct contours.
Still white/open forest, quite steep, all cliffs passable and no solid trees.

| Many of the controls are placed in reentrants that haven't made it through the conversion. The roads are not flat. That was weird. The 15th control is supposed to be a knoll. There's no knoll there. |
