Information we collect when you purchase the game

When you purchase the game through our vender (MyCommerce / ShareIt), they do not provide us with any financial details of your transaction, only your contact information. We store this contact information to provide you with the license key services for the game.

Information we collect when you play Single Player

No information is collected by us when you play the Single Player mode of the game.

Information we collect when you play Multiplayer

No information is collected by us when you play a Multiplayer game. If you host a multiplayer game as a public server, we store the information required to display that server to others, including your ip address, for the duration of your game.

Information we collect when you play Competitons

When you create a Competitons login, the information stored includes:

• The license key associated with that login
• The publicly displayed user information you provide on your user account, including username, country, club, and optionally-public email address.

When you participate in a Competitions race, the information stored includes:

• Your race results, split information, and route choice
• Any optional ranking or comments about the race that you provide

When you create a Competitions race, the server associates that race with your login for attribution purposes.

Information we share

Active Multiplayer game information, including the server ip address, for games that are registered with the master server are displayed in the game and publicly on the Catching Features website.

Your Competitions user profile, including your race history and the profile information you provide, are visible within the game and publicly on the Catching Features website.

Catching Features does not share any other information to others.
