For the marshes it looks like the forest type (trees etc) you have set up for marshes has replaced the forest for green or white forest (and open land too). To fix this, when setting up the parameters for marshes, you need to select "overlay" rather than "set" for the marsh forest. The marsh forest will then be blended with the green, white etc forest which i think is what you want. Hope that makes sense.

@Billo, it fixed the green marshes to be green, but now the normal white marsh is just like the norman white forest.
