Thanks Billo. Yes, I agree we need more contributors. (Also, I think the cf community could better acknowledge the contributions made by our map makers and course setters. Maybe a simple 'thank you' in the comments.)
I think many of us would like to contribute maps but don't know how. A good start would be to get the cf forum up and running again so we could all communicate properly.
I have looked at the instructions on the cf website but they seem to revolve around having access to OCAD - which I don't.
I do know the basics of adding courses and vegetation etc to a cf map but my problem is getting maps to work with.
Perhaps a good start would be an up to date file linked to the cf website that gives a step by step guide. Maybe for example, list the basic steps you followed to create this map?
